A wonderful drinks party with canapes prepared by a chef who previously cooked for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II was kindly hosted by a local Association Member.
The event was very well supported. Special guest speaker was Katy Bourne, Police and Crime Commissioner and Gillian Keegan MP was due to attend but was severely delayed by traffic problems coming away from her duties that day in Parliament.
Katy gave us all particularly pertinent detail of progress in crime fighting in our constituency and future plans and took many questions from guests.
